- Must be on job for a minimum of one year
- Provide last 2 pay check stubs
- Obtain a copy of police arrest record from the law enforcement center (if you have never been arrested they will stamp
"No Record" but we must have this for our files)
- Proper Photo identification (i.e. current drivers license or state id card)
- Social Security card
